At this time Triumph Rehab does not provide direct billing. We will email you a receipt which you can submit for reimbursement.
What are Chiropractors and what do they do?
Chiropractors are primary healthcare professionals and are educated in the prevention, assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions.
Our Chiropractors recommend a course of evidence-based treatment to help relieve pain and improve function through joint manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, education, Shockwave Therapy and rehabilitation.

What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapists are trained in assessing and providing hands-on manual therapy treatment and exercise prescription to address movement dysfunction. Our physiotherapists at Triumph Rehab also utilize IMS and Shockwave Therapy.

What is IMS?
Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) is a total system for the diagnosis and treatment of myofascial pain syndromes. Most successfully used in chronic pain conditions that occur in the musculoskeletal system when there are no obvious signs of acute injury or inflammation. Our physiotherapists at Triumph Rehab incorporate IMS into your treatment plan.

What is Shockwave Therapy?
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that involves creating a series of high energy short wavelength sound waves pulsations known as Shockwave that are directly applied to an injury. Research has shown that Shockwave Therapy can be very beneficial in the treatment of chronic conditions of the knee, elbow, foot and shoulder.

Are your services covered by MSP Supplementary Benefits, ICBC or Extended Benefits?
Yes, physiotherapy and chiropractic are covered through most extended health plans. Everyone’s coverage is different so check with your insurance provider. At this time we do not provide direct billing for MSP Supplementary Benefits, ICBC or Extended Health Plans. We will provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance provider.
Physiotherapy and chiropractic care is not an insured service under MSP. Individuals can apply for MSP Supplementary Benefits. Please review requirements online.

Do I need a referral from my medical doctor for rehab services?
As our Physiotherapists and Chiropractors are considered primary care practitioners you do not need a referral for most extended healthcare plans. However, all insurance providers are different so check with your individual provider.

Does Triumph Rehab directly bill my insurance company?
At this time Triumph Rehab does not direct bill MSP Supplementary Benefits, ICBC or your extended health plan. Instead, we will email you a receipt which you can submit for reimbursement depending on your coverage.

How can I make an appointment?
Do you bill ICBC directly?
Not at this time. We intend to bill ICBC in the near future. You can submit our receipt for reimbursement.
Are you accepting ICBC and Worksafe?
We accept individuals with open ICBC claims. We do not accept Worksafe. We do not direct bill ICBC and you will need to submit your receipt for reimbursement at a later date.
